Worst customer service at Pedro's Westgate

I love Pedro's food but after the service I received today by the lady called Bongiwe from Westgate, I don't think I will go back there..The lady was rude the whole time she was helping us with her voice raised.I placed an order she said they don't have it, surprisingly the people that ordered after us had the same order we had ordered. She kept complaining that, I better be the last one, because she was tired she wants to go home by 17:00 and the time was 16:30 when we got there. She even roughly placed 2 soft drinks in front of us.The management better do something with that lady and her stinking attitude or they will loose customers.
