Worst business ever!!

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen!!! On the 11th of November I placed an order online and the store did not answer. I was told that I will be receiving my refund in 3-5 business days.... It is now the 30th of November and my ticket has been closed but still no refund!!! I WANT MY MONEY😡😡😡🤬
