Worse service
The service I received from Mpume @Pedros Durban workshop was one of the worse in the service industry

20 Jul 2025, 12:24Phoned me while i was on another call, was thinking you'll call me back cause surely whoever was calling must have picked up that my line was busy next thing I receive an e-mail that my ticket has been closed you couldn't get hold of me, why bother having a customer complain department if your KPI is closing tickets without resolving customer issues 💔 anyway i'm done don't wanna pursue this matter any further
