Worse service ever at KWAMASHU

i was really disappointed by the service , first when i ordered they told me they dont have side breast as well as normal roll so i ended up taking a garlic roll , i ended up waiting for an hour for my food , when i got at work to eat my chicken is very colourless it had no char at all it was just boiled and dipped intpo the sauce it doesnt even seem like it went on the fire , im so disappointed
