Worse Pedro's store in South Africa Starwood Pedro Phoenix

I had the worse experience of my life at Pedro's in Starwood mall near spar Phoenix plaza, I normally always go to other Pedro's and service is excellent, I'm writing this report cause I'm so angry and upset, I went in today and ordered a 2 chicken burger and a can coke and milkshake, the waiter took order did not tell me they don't have cans, I then was approached by black store manager who was rude and making it seem as though I must just accept any cool drink that it's procedure. I got mad because the manager is dum and arrogant and have no people skills, don't know how she is a manager there, I told her off because if they made a mistake they must not be defensive and say it's procedure, I would have been happy if they just said we sorry we made a mistake we don't have cans can I replace with buddy cool drink, that lady really upsetted me and I will never go to Pedro's in plaza Starwood mall again. Pedro's please send the store manager to school to learn manner then employ her cause we are people and customers we are not animals, and we are not dum, if the store manager is running cool drink ****s to ***** money from customers please investigate this, I really don't know if the store manager the lady is really fun or if she's sharp and *****ling money from store by giving customers incorrect orders. If staff makes mistakes it's okay just say hall made mistake I hate when people are defensive and lie, I would have been happy if all admitted all made a mistake now yall made me upset in the store in front of everyone and everyone can see the dum lady manager who doesn't know how to do her job properly, to Pedro's send that lady for a people person skill cause, she got no people skills, she don't know how to talk to customers, we not her mother n father we are customers we deserve respect we supporting our business. People in your organization that have attitude problems fire them or dismiss them.
