worse experience ever

i am so disappointed with the service i received from Pedro's store and the headoffice staff ...i ordered the food at 11:50 at 13:00 i called the store to find out what's happening with the order cause was showing delivered i was told my order is out for delivery called in again at 13:30 i was told they cant find my order on the system ...i called again told it was delivered they dont know who the driver is or where he is i need to call him cause they dont know who he is . i told them i do not have the number for the driver i ordered on thier website online they told me they dont see orders online they dont even have the number for the driver they cant assist me ..i called headoffice spoke to sthembile told me to wait he will call me back waited 30 min he called and told me he cant get hold of the manager of the store i must wait requested to speak to his manager he told me he doesn't have a manager he will call the regional manager he will get back to me ...i didn't receive any call at all ..the store then called said they have my order i must call the uber to deliver it to me ..i paid delivery spent my airtime and i must call the driver to collect the food ...this the worst experience in history of food delivery
