I come here almost every week and the service is great.. unless of course there is new staff that is being trained which I understand they will make mistakes but today was a nightmare service was slow apparently there was a hold up in the kitchen..I ordered 1/2 chicken mild and I was given a 1/2 Chick and emphasise on CHICK lemon and herb after 20 minutes of waiting for my order. I could return it but having to wait another 20 minutes was not ideal.My issue is if a business is experiencing issues why are customers not informed,why take a lot orders thus inconveniencing customers.. iI was not happy at all...No value for money..Slow service.. unapologetic what's so over.
