Where is my chicken??

Ordered online using the app at 18:59 from the Belgravia branch, received an sms it'll arrive by 19:50. Order got delayed, I proceeded to call the store 7 times they never picked up. Tried customer service line they were closed , tried live chat on the app no response.

I am livid it is now 20.28 and no food. This store is pathetic and ill organized. My family is hungry and now I am forced to go buy pizza.

Absolutely disgusting.

I want a refund and answers.

Why not call if you can't make a delivery or you going to be more than an half an hour late?! Absolutely no communication as to where my order is.
