WHAT A BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE AT PEDROS IN WYNBERG MAYNARD MALL

What a bad bad bad bad experience together with the lack of customer service

I went to Pedros Maynard mall this evening but I called for collection to avoid waiting because you always wait there no matter how enough staff they have or how quiet they are, I called around too 6pm for collection at 18:30pm then got there around early past 7 due to traffic jam and guess what the order was not done yet the was a lot of misunderstanding with my order as usuall because it was not the first time experiencing this😏 Pedros in Wynberg does not improve at all because I’ve been noticing that they change a staff a lot and they lack in customer service the staff they hire together with that Manager Brian or Bright please teach that guy manners and how to handle business and customers service before you loose more customers because the is a lot that he doesn’t know let alone his ignorance and poor customer service as a manager!!!
