Well done Siyabulela Pedro's Bluff

Today I went to Pedro's chicken at on Bluff road Durban I was very disappointed by the poor service I received from the female cashier we ordered a sit down we were not given plates when we questioned she just said there is no water we asked for glasses to drink our cool drink she said the same we then asked for polystyrene one's those too tgry never had. To our surprise while we were eating out of the paper bag, no condiments were even given to us a make employee Siyabulela came to us and apologized for the water situation he asked why we drinking out the bottle he brought us 2 glasses he even brought us more serviettes without us even asking him he offered to bring us the condiments tray I said he shouldn't worry we are half way with our meal he showed us good customer service even though they were facing a water challenge I honestly want to applaud him for his great work and I wish that Pedro's can teach the other staff members that having a challenge does not mean that they have give poor service.
