We never received our ONLINE ORDER

We made an online order on the 7th of March 2024, 17:49 using a card, and the money was deducted, we received a call saying the Driver is out with the delivery but we never received the order. We went back to Pedro's Chicken in PMB (Corner of Boshoff and Church Street) to query about an order but still we were not assisted. We ended up buying new chicken. We've been calling none stop but we arr not assisted.
