Wack customer service!!!!

Yesterday 31 July 2021, I ordered 3 meal burgers and wings for lunch for myself and my kids at the Pedro’s in Newlands, my order arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later, I had to call and confirm if my order was processed, my order arrived COLD with no cool drinks, I called again and asked about my cool drinks and I was told they’re coming, I waited and waited and they did not bring my drinks, I’ve been a loyal member since Pedro’s chicken opened, they’ve lost a loyal member, the service was absolutely disgusting, I’m so disappointed!!!
