Vulgar language at store

I'm disturbed by the language used by one of the workers who was dispensing Chicken at Pedro's, Umlazi Mega City Branch Her name Mbalenhle, as written on her name tag. She was upset about the fact that people order meals and collect them later. I understand her frustration but she did not have to use the words like Futsek*. That was disturbing to hear as a customer because people spent their money on Chicken. Even though the shop was busy but I'm sure she do better with communication. Thank you.
