Viva Meal with a side of fingernals

I found a finger nail in our chicken.... absolutely disgusting and I will never buy a food again from this outlets. Bought a viva meal with 4 garlic rolls and ordered meal 30 min b4 the time and 30 min later went bck to collect and had to wait additional 15 min. When we got home the chicken tasted bitter. I will rather stick to Nandos as staff from pedros cut the finger nails in kitchen....absolutely filthy had to trow away my food....Sies
