Very poor service and management

I made a call/online order at 15:15 at pedros wonderpark. Went to collect at 16:00, then I get told they don’t know who took my call let alone my order was not taken!! Wasted my airtime and petrol to not even get my order taken. Very poor service and will not be going back there !!
