Very poor customer service

I am quite unhappy with the Pedros at Lakefield Junction. It is the second time I have a problem with my order now, I waited about 20 minutes for my order to a point that the people that came in after me got their food before me. Only to find that my order was given to someone else so they basically also didn’t check that persons order and gave her the wrong order. I had to wait an extra 7 minutes for my order and I was also not happy about the food because I ordered the jalapeño fries meal and my fries were absolutely uncooked. I am sincerely not happy not at all!
