Very much displeased and angry customer 😡😡😡

I ordered Pedro's 50 minutes ago via a telephone for pick up at the store in Umtata Sutherland. Thandile whom helped me with the order even confirmed my number 2 times, and told me to use my name if I don't get the order number by sms. I didn't get the order number and when I said my name they said my order is not found. Now I'm inconvinienced whereas I had made an order so that I just come, pay and go with my food... In late January if not early February 2026 a similar thing happened to me in this same store whereby I had ordered 2 hours in advance and when I came to the store they couldn't find my order, but atleast then I had the order number and requested to speak with the manager, and he took other people's order to make mine since I had the order to prove I really ordered long time. I am very displeased with the service of this store, if they are not able to take orders telephonically they must just stop instead of inconviniencing us. Angry customer 😡😡😡
