Very disappointed customer

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Pedros Maponya.

On Friday, I placed an order online and was still told to wait approximately 40 minutes before receiving it. This raises the question: what is the purpose of using the online ordering platform if customers are still expected to wait such a long time upon arrival?

To make matters worse, the managers on duty were not helpful in resolving the issue.

Unfortunately, I experienced a similar problem again today. I placed another order and spoke to Masego, who identified herself as a manager. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with poor customer service. She appeared as frustrated as I was, spoke over me, and raised her voice during the call. She then passed the phone to another male manager, who was equally unhelpful and ultimately hung up the phone on me.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be treated with disrespect when trying to resolve legitimate concerns. What has happened to customer care and customer support?

I expect better service from your team and would appreciate a response addressing these concerns and explaining what steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.
