Very bad service

I visited pedros chicken Hilbrow last week Saturday with 6 family members around 13. 00pm to 15.00pm we looked for a table to sit there were three tables that were dirty we asked the cashier if she can send someone to clean our table a lady came and clean the table half way s****s were on the floor and serviets soaked in cool drink she left our table and disappeared we sat on that dirty table for about 15min no one came to assist us until my dad started complaining. I went to the counter again and asked the workers they were just standing folding their hands about six of them Bongi laughed at me when I asked her that's how they treat customers she burst out of laugh as if she couldn't control herself it took about 30min for our table to be cleared and it was not the only one we were so dissatisfied with the service we received from pedros chicken hilbrow I worked for nandos for 3years I was taught that customers comes first. improve ur service and train ur staff how to assist customers as for Bongi she is not fit to work for pedros no one takes customers as a joke. She underrated us and she never even say sorry.
