Very bad customer service Claremont branch

The customer service rendered at Pedro's in Claremont is appalling and this has been happening for some time now hence I'm deciding to make a formal review this time.

I went there yesterday to buy two patella chicken meals the person that was packing them packed them in a single small doggy bag I asked them for another one as that one will be ripped because it's two full and also the other meal from the 2 was not mine.

The agent answered me with an attitude telling I will have to buy a doggy bag she cannot give me a separate one.

I asked for her names she ignored me and she hid her tagg, I then asked the one who took our order but she also didn't answer me, I told them it's fine I will do the complaint using the name on the slip, that is the cashier shouted "don't a log complaint against me my colleague's name is Vicky" she then added it is their manager Roshee that is asking them to give such a service.

All in all I had to spend my whole lunchtime fighting for doggy bag and that is really disappointing.
