Very angry customer

I ordered a meal at Kempton Park Pedros and what I got there was a disgrace. I got dry old fries, the rolls were not fresh, the meat was dry and they did not bring my salad. When I called I spoke to an impatient and rude lady named Mpho and she told me I will get my refund after a few business days. I am really not satisfied.
