USELESS ONLINE PLATFORM FOR PLACING ORDERS

Your online platform for ordering food is somewhat useless. I ordered food online on two occasions and in both instances when I got to your Lillian Ngoyi street branch (Pretoria CBD) my order did not exist instore. I gave my order number (which was not helpful at all) because apparently your system only recognizes the name under which the order is placed and I find this to be rather pathetic, what's the point of sending me an order number if your branch can't use it🤷♂️ Your online platform does not reflect what time the order will be ready, it only shows "collect ASAP." You guys really need to improve in that regard because your direct competitor (N****S) is very accurate on when it comes to online orders.
