Useless app - Glenwood store Durban

Placed an order on the pedro's app at 10:49am , it is now 12:25 and I still haven't received my meal. I called the store numerous times and they told me it was out on delivery . I then got tired and asked for the drivers number and he (MUSA)told me he is filling fuel. Rather pay a little more and make use of uber eats or MR D. The app is useless and you cant even track your order. I ordered from the Glenwood store in Durban.
