Unverified with product.

I have since been waiting for a feedback from Pedro chichen customer service for a query that I sent on the 12th March 2022. I bought a meal of wings and chips which I wasn't happy about, the wings were so small that they looked like a chicken that was still developing and had some fair showing that they were not properly cleaned. What do I do now when the product wasn't satisfying and no one is taking my query into consideration.
