Untrained Employees

PLEASE READ!! AND SHARE!! I had the saddest experience at Pedros today (N1 City Value center) and for a little while I didn't know if i should post this but it really made me sad. Pedros recently opened in Value Center N1 city and their business has been booming ever since. Everytime we get there the line is out the door because of obvious reason the food is amazing and it's extremely affordable but their staff is extremely under trained and has no idea what's going on. Today I went there and waited in line for 30 min not because it was extremely busy (which it was) but it took 5 people to pack 1 order... 1!! They are overwhelmed because their manager is extremely pathetic and also seems like he has no idea whats going on. I've had to call him on previous occasions to just assist on which he got irritated but that's not the sad part. I eventually get to the till to order and met the nicest person who was terrified because he was ashamed of the fact that he has no idea what he's doing... I had to explain my order multiple times with a menu then when i asked to pay cash and card he basically went pale.. He said to me "Ma'am I'm scared I don't know how and i don't want to mess up your order even more".. Me having never ever worked there had to look at his system and assist him on how to use it... Then waiting on my order i continuously see 4 to 5 people packing one order being confused and frazzled... I hope someone important sees this... Please train your staff.. I understand you're probably thinking now if I'm so upset why do i keep going back... Times are tough everywhere and their food is really really amazing.. But this broke me
