Unsertisfied customer complain Perdo EYETHU shopping centre Mofolo Soweto

I am going to be specific with the shop because not all of them give me bad service. Pedro EYETHU shopping centre Mofolo Soweto it is the second time laying a complain. The first time I ordered lemon and herb and was given barbaque that was blend and dry. Today the chicken is shredded and overly done and cannot even count the potions It is false advertising because in their board it looks juicy and well seasoned but what they serve is undesirable to consume. I could not serve it to my visitors because it looked horribly disgusting for human consumption and it is disappointing to me that Pedro is treating their customers with such disrespect while spending their hard earned money on them.
