Unsatisfied with service/didn't get any order

Had the worst customer service ever with uneducated ppl , working at the Phoenix plaza branch. And as for the manager is not fit to be in that store. I placed an order online, received my confirmation, half n hour later I called the store the lady said my order has left. I then waited another 25mins and called back asking what was going on with my order. I was told that my order was brought back to the store coz the driver had be ****** outside my place but what they knw is I have cameras outside my house and the driver dnt even cum to my plave to deliver. I then called back the lady said they where gona wait any driver, I asked to speak again,he/she didn't want to take my call. After 5 phone calls she again didn't want to take my call and the lady asked me for my no. To call me back. So my kids went to bed without supper. I very angry.... Poor dam service. Why could the manger call me to inform me 45mins earlier so I could have made arrangements to get something else for supper. No decency at all.
