Unruly,unprofessional and Violent manager

Order I got chicken was raw..which I made the lady by the name of Nhlanhla aware and she took the order back for redo. After few minutes she brought back the order…with benefit of doubt.. I started eating yooh boom the chicken was still raw with blood inside. I asked Nhlanhla again to call the manager. The manager came and I showed him the chicken he agreed by nodding his head. I continued explaining to him he started to defend himself aggressively that lead us to start quarrelling in front of all customers and the staff. I wanted to take his picture because he didn’t have name tag. And that’s where he became more aggressive and I asked him if he wants to beat me as I am a woman.And he took the plates with anger and left me there,and appeared over the counter asking if I want another chicken or money back…I didn’t answer him because of fear since I was already threatened.only for my husband to intervene and said to him that we will take the money back. It’s seems as if this manager has not attend/completed trainings like Interpersonal dynamics and Customer Relations. He is rude,unprofessional,***********,aggressive,bully,bossy,defensive and violent (as he threatened to beat me)when I left the restaurant he pointed a finger to me that he is not afraid of anything.
