Unreliable. ****.
Given a chance, I wouldn't rate it at all.
I placed an order via their app at around 18h51. Paid online.
They send a message to say they'll deliver at 20h00. It's now 20h31.
I call, there's no answer. There's no tracking your order.
Lesson learnt. I just sunk R 200 down the drain.
