Unreasonable waiting time and never provide utensils

I always order online with Pedros but when I get to the shop I have to wait with in-store customer's instead I'll be last on the available que, secondly everytime after collecting my order i have to ask for utensils they are not providing with the order, lastly last week when I ordered my order was completely wrong I wrote customer care email even now now response
