Unprofessional service

Iam very disappointed with the unprofessional service that we got this evening at your liberty Prominade branch with our arrival i ordered a family meal for sit down for me and my family at 18 :29 at at table 2 the lady brought our food at 19:26 and on top of it she brought it in take away boxes no s**** and no cooldrink as ordered i requested to speak to the Manager who was unavailability by time i had to get up myself to go call her at the kitchen door i ask her why is the service so poor she stood there abit confused asking three times for my slip after i told her all three times that the staff member took my slip at the table after i quiries my cooldrink then i emiatly ask for a refund i think the staff needs better training because i wasn't the only customer who's orders was wrong but the best part of all my partner needed to break her fast hope to hear of you soon.
