Unprofessional and terrible customer service

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent visit on 27 September2026 . I placed my order at 15:12 and waited over 45 minutes without any communication about delays. When I requested to see the manager, I was ignored, and my request was not addressed. Instead, the manager continued serving other tables and was unavailable when I asked again.This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. I expect acknowledgment of this issue and clarity on how your team will prevent similar experiences in the future.
