Unhappy with PTA North franchise

You buy your first ever Pedros meal at franchises like the Centurion mall franchise and you fall in love with Pedros Chicken, because of the service, how juicy the chicken was, the condiments you get when buying a takeaway, without even asking for them. And you then go to other franchises, in this case the Pretoria North franchise, you buy the same meal, the chicken is not as juicy, takeaway meals are not served with condiments and service is not as great. That takes away the great effort that other franchises have put in to grow customer confidence and it feels ones heart with disappointment and reluctance when one sees other franchises that one has never bought at. I wish that Pedros can find a way to fix such inconsistencies, so that customer confidence in the brand can be nourished and protected
