Unhappy 🙁 the food was dry

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pedros Jabulani Mall. On Saturday, I placed an order over the phone with a friendly consultant from your call center. However, when I collected my order, the cashier asked me to re-enter my order, which was unusual. Upon reviewing my order at the venue i was hosting my friends, I noticed several issues: - Four cold drinks were missing from my order of four family meals and eight chicken wraps. - No salad dressing was included with my order of two green salads and - No utensils (forks) were provided to eat the salad. - The food was served without sauces/seasonings, making it dry.

I'm unhappy with the service and inaccuracies in my order. To improve, I suggest reviewing order accuracy and ensuring all items are included. The friendly consultant was a positive aspect, but the rest of the experience fell short.
