UNDELIVERED PAID ORDER, UNRELIABLE SERVICE

I have ordered at Pedros Chicken, Dobsonville Mall Order #3E209 at 10h00 paid online. Order never arrived even after ubereats confirmed that the driver Sibusiso is on its way. No one phoned whatsoever and orders confirmation email received that the orders were delivered while I am still waiting for orders till now 4 hours later. What a disgraceful service!!!
