Ubereats and Predos Mess

Placed an order with Ubereats for Pedro's Woodmead on Sunday and the driver called me and said the was a issue with the order. Contacted the store and they advised that the was a mix up woth the orders and they would fix it.The driver said he would go back to the store to sort it out. I gave him the pin as he said he needed it but never received the order as he never came back.

I called the store multiple times and they also confirmed they sorting it out, I have reached out to Uber and they refuse to refund me because I gave the driver the pin but the driver advised me that he needed to pin to complete the order and go back to the store to get the correct order and the Uber driver never came back with the correct order. Now Uber refuses to refund, but had your store not gotten my order wrong I wouldn't be have paid R521 for an order I never received.
