Uber eat and Pedros ****** me

I ordered from pedros mzansi in Randburg. Using an app of the friend, the Uber guy went to an unknown address in Randburg, and I requested him to come to my location, which was Sandton, and he said, "What will I do for him?" I could see this won't end well. I just said I will GIVE YOU a TIP. He came to where I was and demanded the tip I gave cash, then he said no, put it on line R58. I did so, then he gave the order and he went out. To my surprise the drinks and small chips where missing in my order I call pedros the ladies said they gave the guy and said I should call uber eats and I did with the number they gave me and uber said they are not the customer care. I must go in the app for a refund, and then I go to the app. There is no option for that. I paid for drinks. I didn't drink, and this driver knocked me R50 plus drinks that if he was given. So people be careful with this uber eat story.
