****ty customer service coupled with inedible food is a recipe for disaster !

The belgravia branch is the pits. Firstly their staff is not friendly and do have any customer service etiquette. Secondly they should not promote their chicken as flame grilled but rather as flame BURNT ! After getting BURNT chicken a couple of times on a Sunday, i spoke to the manager who assured me it wont be burnt but low and behold , the chicken was burnt to a crisp ! If u going to sell something, atleast make it edible ! Definitely not buying from pedros again
