Totally poor service

I am writing this review with so much disappointment and anger as I so enjoy the food but the service I received today just totally disgusted me. I called Pedro's Lenasia to place an order for 2 chicken platers. It's my 50th birthday and we planned an evening out and this was the food for my guests. When I got there to collect. I was greeted with total confusion. The lady taking orders did not even know that they sell platers and the manager was lost for words as my order was lost. We left as we were running late for or booked show so we called Pedro's Dobsonville and placed the order with them. We got there about 30 minutes later and was told that our order was received but it was not ready as they seem to have some confusion with the orders.My Birthday was a disaster as I looked like a fool .my guests had no food and I had to buy food at the venue at double the cost .
