this time Pedro's got a bad name

hi short & to the point from the 1st time I tried Pedro's I liked them mostly go in store & sometimes phone on Friday 24th I decided to download the app & order online for collection at Pedro's pine Street durban 2 full chicken, chips & garlic bread firstly I was disappointed coz the chicken was underdone & inside & very very dry 1 chicken hot & the other BBQ .... & I don't think the chips was large it looked small anyhow my grandchildren was not happy & left the chicken and I throw almost half my purchase & just to make my 5 grandchildren happy I took them to kfc coz it's the closest & bought snack burgers this is very disappointing coz I never expected that this is not the same chicken I enjoyed previously at Pedro's why did the chicken not be done fully did anyone eat half done chicken it's terrible so Pedro's I don't think I'll have the same feeling about you'll again coz I actually changed from your competitors to you guys ..... I used to say Pedro's are compared to some others I won't mention names this is my first time being unsatisfied with chicken take out since it was introduced in South Africa
