******* who rob you from your money

I ordered my meal today on Petros online app and paid in full with my visa including delivery. 2 hours later I still havn't received anything. I phoned and they claimed they did not receive my order. After 2 min they phoned me back hence this time they claimed I used a third part (they can't identify) and the food was collected. I explained that I never left their online app and the order conformation came directly from the store. I drove to store to try and resolve the issue. The manager refused to replace my meal or to refund me. I left empty handed after he notified me that he don't care how I feel about my bad experience.
