They stole from me
They stole my money. I made an online order that included 2 half chickens from Bayside Mall. Both meals arrived as quarter chicken. I gave them the benefit of doubt and logged a query so they can rectify the mistake but the closed my ticket a few days later with no communication. Basically I paid for something and never received it.
