Bought one of your promotions at one of your stores at Ormonde I was not in a hurry but was working mobile, I went to buy other things while the food was prepared but here is a twist, the lady was not friendly and paid and left and thought I’m just overthinking, 20min later I came back to the same lady to ask if she can check my order if it’s ready and her response was “kindly stand on the other side they will check it” while everyone was busy and she had a slip on her hand saying she is busy with that order. I said to her I wish she could leave the attitude and be more kind to customers and she continued to have a back and forth with me and I said it’s okay finish your order so that I’ll wait for mine when someone is able to assist me, after a while she asked for my slip and the Oder was done long ago and that made me to not okay. I had so many options around me Chicken licken, Nandos just around which I would’ve got better service, secondly the meat had a lot of blood and the chicken was not cooked crisp so that you enjoy it. I hope your service can improve in Ormonde I drove from far passing better places just to complain.
