Theft and lack of customer care

I bought a 3 meals, 1/4 chicken, paella and chicken livers, my order was incomplete, I called on Friday to lay a complaint and apparently the manager was busy and could not take my call, called again on Saturday, still no response, I left my numbers and requested that he calls me but still nothing from him, I called again on Sunday, he couldn't answer for some reason, left a message and my contact number and I still haven't received a call from him yet. He/she is very unprofessional. I'm writing this because I feel that they do not have customer care and I feel that they ***** because they think no one will call them out.
