The worst customer service at Kine Centre

Dear Pedro's Team,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Kine Centre store (141 Commissioner Road) today. I ordered a chicken wrap with chips and stepped out briefly. Upon my return, I asked Moghadi if my order was ready, but she seemed uninterested and simply handed me the receipt.

As I waited, I noticed others being served ahead of me, despite arriving after me. When I politely asked Moghadi to check on my order again, she was dismissive and threw the receipt at me. She then left to speak with colleagues, leaving me waiting.

It wasn't until I asked for the manager, Phumzile, that my order was located - it had been sitting there the whole time. I'm concerned that Moghadi may need additional training, as her attitude was unacceptable.

I’ve been a loyal customer, but today’s experience was disappointing. I hope you address this issue to ensure quality service remains a priority.
