I went to buy a takeaway on the 17th of May 2026 in Dobsonville at around 8.30pm. When i arrived home something is not right, i went back to resolve the issue the next day. I was received by a lady i did not get her name she called Queen the manager for me, the was Queen received me was the most excellent customer service i ever received. She let me talk and assured me my complain is valid and she will resolve it. I got what i needed from Pedros Dobsonville and the staff was not nasty towards me because i complained about a burger but very receiving just like their leader Queen. Thank you so much Queen and your staff i appreciate the way you treat your customer.
