Terrible Staff and Management Service

Went there last night the 22/12/2021, placed and paid my order at about 19h30pm at the tills. Firstly no greeting, then waited for more than an hour for my order. By the way the store was so full not even social distancing was practiced. I asked to speak to the manager on shift and was told she is busy. Only after asking to cancel the order and get refunded my "HARD EARNED" money , that's when they prepared my order, which I got at 20h45 only to find a half grilled and sauce swimming chicken when I arrived home. I won't set foot in any "Pedros" food chain again because of the experience .
