Terrible services

I just went to pedros at Warwick events durban 87/115 Julius nyerere at 14:20 to buy 2 full chicken served by zizike mbatha she was rude and inpatient and I was so irritated I asked her to call the manager she said the manager is busy and even worse I asked one of the staff again which still waiting the staff in the kitchen were laughing 😅at us and telling us that the mangers are gone on some big order they are incharge so what kind of store is that my friends and I will never shop there again
