Terrible service- took more than an hour to deliver 3km from the store

Placed an order at 17:55, I then called the store and asked the to put extra sauce as the app didn’t give me the option, it’s now 18:40 and my order still hasn’t arrived, knowing that I lived 3km from the store I presumed that the delivery would be easier, the delivery charge was 35 and I gladly paid for everything expecting a speedy delivery. The lady on the phone tells me that they are busy and my orders still at the store and will arrive within the next 20 minutes. It’s now 19:05 and I called the store back and asked the the manager Thando and she wasn’t of much help, I asked for the store owner and they said she will call me back and I highly doubt that. Received my food cold, had to reward all the food, chips became soggy. This store doesn’t have any experience with customer service.
