Terrible Service-Newlands Branch

Pedros Newlands- I called in at 6:30pm to place for delivery within Newlands for just under R200. I spoke to Ayanda who took my order. I asked her to confirm if the order will be delivered within the stipulated delivery time as I was advised deliveries stop at 7PM. She assured me that the delivery will be made and took my order and contact details. It's now after 8PM and we have not received our order and when I tried contacting the store, its closed. Absolutely pathetic service. The reasonable thing to do would be to call the customer to advise that the delivery cannot be made. Terribly client services which needs to be dealt with!
